You can not use these these on the harbor freight website and you are limited to one item on the coupon. They do however work on sale items :)

The above harbor freight coupons will work even if the date on them is expired. Simply present them to the cashier and if they do not scan they will punch the code in manually. If they are unaware of this or don't know how simply ask for a manager as it seems some employees don't know or don't have access to overide the system to give you the discount.
